The African Catalyst

Applications now open for our new Sales Success Fellowship!

Hello African Catalyst,

Today, the intersection of tech and sales or business development is more critical than ever. With customer expectations rising, the ability to deliver personalized, results-driven sales experiences is becoming a key differentiator.

This is why I’m excited to announce that we’ve opened applications for our new Sales Success Fellowship.

This 4-week experiential fellowship, a shift from our startup and VC-focused programs, is tailored specifically for individuals with 1-2 years of customer service or sales experience.

Our new fellowship is an opportunity to break into sales with a clear focus on mastering essential tools like CRM systems, process management and achieving sales targets.

We designed this fellowship to address a real pain point: many talented customer service professionals are eager to grow into sales roles but lack the structured training and hands-on experience to make the leap.

This fellowship bridges that gap, offering both a supportive environment and practical, industry-relevant skills. For companies, this means access to a new wave of highly motivated, sales-ready talent equipped to hit the ground running and contribute to the company’s success.

Applications are now open.

Until next time,
Anthea
Head of Operations
